Oh no, not the content, the content is extremely imortant to let users know what is and is not to be used on this site. However, I also find it hihgly unwelcoming. Maybe if you make your rules sound a bit less harsh youd get users past the rule part and into the forums.......

One way to discourage forumers is to make them feel alienated right at the start, I sure as heck did. AHEM, not dissing you at all, I am merely making a highly critical statement about how the rules were worded.

hes right your rules sound mean if someone like 8 years old came here and saw the rules?(just hope they dont ask there mom or dad about 1 and 2)
